The design, graphics, audio tracks, and code within Elevate My Mood belong to Adventovate or its content providers and are protected by copyright laws.

3. Third-Party Services

The app integrates YouTube video playback. Video content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not host or claim ownership over YouTube video content embedded within the app.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Elevate My Mood is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any issues or damages arising from your use of the application.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. Updates will be published directly on this page with an updated revision date.
